In addition to the individual email addresses for the authors, there is also a general email address that you can use if you want to just do a general comment or are not getting a reply. (The frequent no reply problems seem to be because some email providers are blocking entire regions with no feedback. Hard to reply to an email you never get!) The address is csu.24.hour.feedback@gmail.com, and it is monitored by multiple authors.
